A Bigger World

For the puppies that is.
They had their last in a series of three immunization shots yesterday afternoon
 and when we got home... guess what?
We all got out to go for a walk amongst other dogs and other people.
Now this was a first for the kids.. and I was not certain how they were going to react.
I had put their collars, harnesses and leads on in the RV just to get used to them.
Well Scamp liked it and Rascal did not..
You might recall he does not "DO" change all that easily and with aplomb!

So out we went not knowing how they would react out in this world of theirs,
 that they had never seen or experienced before.

Silly me... what the heck was I thinking?

They both adapted right now and loved, loved,loved it.
They were social and in Scamp's case , she was downright overly friendly.
Like "here I am , aren't I cute, pat me and pat me here and here".
Rascal LOVED all the dogs and was overly enthusiastic with them.
And somehow could not understand how some of these great big dogs just did NOT love him jumping like a mad bean all over them and still not reaching their heads!
People every where or at least in the world we occupy, love wee tiny animals so,
they got lots of attention from the two leggeds.

Both Pups had a great first outing and did not have to be picked up at all.
They loved their new experience and were totally spent upon arrival back at their RV.
Sleep captured both puppies and all was right with the world again.

Today we are all going to visit a friend in Sierra Vista
.Looking forward to seeing Jan and meeting her pal Andy
.Going to be a long day with driving and so on..
 but it is yet another experience for the puppies
 and a chance for us to re-connect with a dear friend.
