Waterton -Day 2
Wind gusts so hard we had to put our satellite
dish down. it is a strong wind and really blowing things all over the place.
Not cold but oh boy windy.
We went to the Cameron Falls... not much water in
them this time around. Still very pretty to see anyway.
Drove up the canyon for a look see and hoping to
see more bears. But all we saw were two white tailed does. So we went up to
Cameron Lake and the pier has been pulled in already and they urge people to
NOT walk along the shores of the lake as Grizzly bears are out and about.
Some a pretty little pond and some Indian
Paintbrush and asters.
Trees are starting to look like someone came out
and painted them and lugged them in.. they are so beautiful and with the wind
they are in full song too.
Not much action today but we went and got a couple
new shirts and being that is is officially off season 50% off!
Everything will close tomorrow.. ok by us.
Came back and had an early dinner of halibut.. oh
yummy.
We will go out tonight again in search of bears
and elk.
Thanks for joining us
Peace
